The Central Selection Board (CSB) of the Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC), Kokrajhar, Assam, invites online applications from eligible candidates residing in the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) for the recruitment of 294 Grade III and 275 Grade IV positions across various departments. Candidates from the recently added 60 villages from Biswanath and Sonitpur Districts to Udalguri District under BTR are also eligible to apply. The number of vacancies is subject to change.

BTC Grade III and Grade IV Vacancy Details:

1. Graduate or Equivalent Posts (Grade III):

Public Works Department (PWD):

Positions: LDA, Junior Assistant, Statistical Assistant, Computer Assistant, Library Assistant, Internal Auditor, Store Keeper (ITI)

Total Vacancies: 190

Educational Qualifications:

#LDA/Junior Assistant/Statistical Assistant/Computer Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 1-year diploma in computer from a recognized institution.

Internal Auditor: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Library Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a diploma in Library Science.

Store Keeper (ITI): Bachelor’s degree with a 1-year diploma in computer; ITI passed in any trade from a government-recognized institution; 3 years of professional experience in handling industrial stores with knowledge of inventory control from a recognized establishment.

2. Higher Secondary or Equivalent Posts (Grade III):

Agriculture Department:

Positions: Agriculture Extension Assistant (AEA), Primary Investigator (PI), Field Assistant, Field Man, Power Sprayer & Duster Operator (PS & DO), Grafter, Surveyor, Operator

Total Vacancies: 104

Educational Qualifications:

#AEA, Field Assistant, PI, Grafter: Minimum Higher Secondary (HS) in Arts/Science/Commerce.

Surveyor: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent with a certificate in Draftsmanship from a recognized institution.

Field Man & PS & DO: Minimum HS pass with Certificate/Diploma in Industrial Training.

Information & Public Relations (I&PR): Minimum HSLC pass with a certificate from a recognized technical institution or at least 3 years of practical experience in a reputed organization handling electronic equipment, repairing, and maintenance of PA systems, radio sets, amplifiers, generators, projectors, TVs, etc.

3. Grade IV Posts:

Age Limit:

#Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years of age as of January 1, 2025.

#Age relaxations are applicable as per government norms.

#Age will be calculated based on relevant certificates such as School/Matriculation/HSLC Certificate, Admit Card, or Birth Certificate issued by a recognized authority.

Application Fee:

#OBC/MOBC/General Category: Rs. 300 plus an additional convenience/platform fee of Rs. 50.

#ST/SC Category: Rs. 200 plus an additional convenience/platform fee of Rs. 50.

#Fees are to be paid online via UPI, Credit/Debit card, or Net Banking. No other modes of payment are accepted.
