Eligibility and Other Criteria Details:
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must be Graduate in any discipline or equivalent qualification from a recognized University as per UGC Act. 1956 with 1 (one) year Diploma in Computer proficiency as per Govt. Notification vide No. E-293573/DFA/306977, Dated 28/08/2023..
Desirable Skills:
•Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, etc.).
•Good communication and administrative skills.

Eligibility Criteria:
•To be eligible for the VCDC Secretary posts, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Residency:
•Must be a permanent resident of BTR, Assam.
Employment Exchange Registration:
•Candidates must be registered with the Assam State Employment Exchange.
Extended Eligibility:
•Candidates from 60 newly added villages in Udalguri District (formerly part of Biswanath and Sonitpur Districts) are also eligible.

1. Documents to Upload During Online Application:
Educational Documents:
All certificates and mark sheets supporting educational qualifications.
Age Proof: Age proof certificate.
Residential and Caste Certificate:
General category candidates: Permanent BTR residential certificate from VCDC/Municipality.
ST/SC/OBC/MOBC candidates: Caste certificate.
For newly added villages (from Biswanath and Sonitpur districts to Udalguri):
Upload Aadhaar Card/Voter ID Card/Caste Certificate.

2. Examination Syllabus:
#Written Exam: 2 hours duration, total 100 marks.
#Written exam: 85 marks.
#Oral interview: 15 marks.

3. Interview Details:
