Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens.
- Age Limit: Candidates should be between 21 and 38 years of age as of January 1, 2025. Age relaxations are applicable as per government norms.
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university is required.
Application Process:
Interested candidates must apply online through the APSC recruitment portal. First-time users need to complete a One-Time Registration (OTR) before proceeding with the application. After registration, candidates can fill out the application form, upload necessary documents, and pay the application fee online.
Application Fee:
- General/EWS Candidates: Rs.297.20
- OBC/MOBC Candidates: Rs.197.20
- SC/ST/BPL/PwBD Candidates: Rs.47.20
Fees can be paid through Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, or UPI.
Selection Process:
The selection process comprises three stages:

Preliminary Examination: Two objective-type papers:
- General Studies-I: 200 marks
- General Studies-II: 200 marks (Qualifying with 33% minimum)

Main Examination: Six descriptive papers:
- Paper 1: Essay (250 marks)
- Papers 2 to 6: General Studies (250 marks each)

Interview: 180 marks
