CBSE Recruitment 2025: Apply for 212 Superintendent and Junior Assistant Posts

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released a notification for the recruitment of 212 posts, including Superintendents and Junior Assistants. 1. Superintendent

Number of Posts: 142

Pay Level: Level 6

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.

Additional Skills: Proficiency in computer applications like MS-Office, handling databases, and using the internet.

Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.

2. Junior Assistant

Number of Posts: 70

Pay Level: Level 2

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: Class 12 or equivalent qualification from a recognized board/university.

English: Typing speed of 35 words per minute (w.p.m.).

Hindi: Typing speed of 30 w.p.m.

(Note: Typing speed is calculated as 10500 key depressions per hour in English and 9000 key depressions per hour in Hindi.)

Age Limit: 18-27 years.

Candidates from certain categories can avail of upper age limit relaxations as follows:

•SC/ST: 5 years

•OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years

•Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD):

•General: 10 years

•OBC: 13 years

•SC/ST: 15 years

•Women (all categories): 10 years

The application fee is mandatory for certain categories, as mentioned below:

•General/OBC/EWS: ₹800

•SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Women: No fee
