The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) invites applications for the recruitment of 11 Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical) vacancies. 1. Junior Engineer (Civil)

Number of Posts: To be updated.

Role: Supervise civil construction, maintenance of buildings, and prepare tenders related to civil works.

2. Junior Engineer (Electrical)

Number of Posts: To be updated.

Role: Handle electrical installations, manage HT/LT substations, central AC plants, lifts, and safety systems.

Pay Scale: Rs. 20,700–Rs. 55,700 with increments as per the RBI pay structure.

Minimum Age: 21 years

Maximum Age: 30 years

• SC/ST: 5 years

• OBC: 3 years

• PwBD: 10–15 years depending on category.

• 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering with 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).

• OR Degree in Civil Engineering with 55% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).

• 3-year Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).

OR Degree in Electrical Engineering with 55% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).

Experience

• Diploma holders: At least 2 years in civil construction/maintenance.

Degree holders: At least 1 year in similar roles or 1-year graduate apprenticeship in a PSU.

Skills: RCC design knowledge, tender preparation, and computer proficiency.

• Diploma holders: At least 2 years in managing electrical systems.

Degree holders: At least 1 year in similar roles or 1-year graduate apprenticeship in a PSU.

Skills: Hands-on experience with HT/LT substations, AC plants, and safety systems.

• SC/ST/PwBD : ₹50 + GST

• GEN/OBC/EWS : ₹450 + GST

• RBI Staff : Exempted
