This initiative aims to improve primary healthcare through robust research and implementation in Udalguri District, Assam.

1. Name of Post: Consultant (Scientific/Technical)
Total Posts: 2
Essential Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Anthropology, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Sociology, Public Health, or other Social Sciences with 10+ years of research experience in community health and 10 indexed research publications.
OR
MBBS/MD professionals with 10+ years of clinical practice experience.
Age Limit: Up to 65 years.
Salary: Rs.1,00,000/month. For retired government employees, remuneration will follow Ministry of Finance norms.
2.Name of Post: Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical)
Total Posts: 1
Essential Qualifications:
Postgraduate Degree in Anthropology, Clinical Psychology, Life Sciences, or Public Health with 3 years of research experience in bioinformatics, molecular diagnostics, or health research and 3 indexed publications.
OR
First Class M.Sc. in Life Sciences or Public Health with expertise in SPSS, R, NVivo, Linux interface, and server computers, along with publication evidence.
Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
Salary: Rs.56,000/month + HRA.
3.Name of Post: Project Research Scientist-III (Non-Medical)
Total Posts: 2
Essential Qualifications:
Postgraduate Degree in Anthropology, Public Health, Clinical Psychology, Social Sciences, or Life Sciences with 5 years of research experience in molecular diagnostics or health research and 3 indexed publications.
OR
Ph.D. in relevant fields with 2 years of post-doctoral research experience and 3 indexed publications.
Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
Salary: Rs.78,000/month + HRA.
4. Name of Post: Project Research Scientist-III (Medical)
Total Posts: 2
Essential Qualifications:
Professionals with MBBS/BDS/BAMS qualifications and 3 years of experience in community-based health research.
Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
Salary: Rs.93,000/month + HRA.
5. Name of Post: Project Technical Support-III
Total Posts: 10
Essential Qualifications:
First Class M.A./M.Sc. in Social Sciences, Life Sciences, Public Health, or Psychology with field/lab work experience during dissertation.
Age Limit: Up to 35 years (Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC candidates).
Salary: Rs.28,000/month + HRA.
6. Name of Post: Project Technical Support-II (Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)
Total Posts: 2
Essential Qualifications:
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) with 2 years of experience.
OR
Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) with 2 years of experience in community or lab-based research work.
Age Limit: Up to 30 years (Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC candidates).
Salary: Rs.18,000/month + HRA.
Key Requirements
Location: The project will be implemented in Udalguri District, BTR, Assam, and all selected candidates must reside within the district for the duration of the project.
Language: Fluency in Assamese or Bodo is preferred for effective communication.
Research Output: Candidates (except for MTS) are expected to produce research findings and publish them in recognized indexed journals such as Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, or UGC Care.
Experience Preference: Applicants with experience in intervention, implementation research, or health systems research will be given priority.
