Position Highlights:

Position: Executive - Sales and Operations (ESO) (Contractual Position)

Vacancies: 1,000 positions (spread across various categories including UR, SC, ST, OBC, and EWS)

Online Registration Period: November 7, 2024 November 16, 2024

Online Test: December 1, 2024 (Tentative)

Eligibility Criteria:

Age: 20 to 25 years as of October 1, 2024 (Born between October 2, 1999, and October 1, 2004)

Essential Education: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidates must be proficient in computer skills.

Nationality: Open to Indian citizens and certain other specified categories, per Government of India regulations.

Note: Ensure that you meet all eligibility requirements before applying, as only eligible candidates will be considered.

Salary & Benefits:

1st Year: Rs. 29,000 per month

2nd Year: Rs. 31,000 per month

Pathway to Growth: ESO candidates who complete two years with IDBI Bank successfully may be eligible for appointment as Junior Assistant Managers through an internal selection process.

Please Note: This is a contractual role, and ESOs are not entitled to typical allowances like DA, HRA, etc. However, candidates will be covered under IDBI’s New Pension Scheme as applicable.

Selection Process:

1. Online Test (December 1, 2024):

Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Interpretation – 60 questions, 40 minutes

English Language – 40 questions, 20 minutes

Quantitative Aptitude – 40 questions, 35 minutes

General Awareness, Banking, IT – 60 questions, 25 minutes

Total Duration: 120 minutes with penalties for incorrect answers.

2. Document Verification & Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will undergo verification of documents and a personal interview.

3. Pre-Recruitment Medical Test: Final medical screening to ensure candidates are fit for duty.

IDBI Bank reserves the right to adjust the selection process as necessary.
