The Bodoland Handloom Mission, under the guidance of the Department of Handloom and Textiles, Government of BTC, is seeking passionate, skilled, and motivated individuals with sectoral experience to join their team for various roles. Selected candidates will be part of the Program Support Unit, assisting with strategy co-creation, program implementation, and support.

Positions Available:


1. Textile Designer

  • No. of Positions: 1
  • Monthly Stipend: ₹60,000/-

2. Assistant Textile Designer

  • No. of Positions: 1
  • Monthly Stipend: ₹35,000/-

3. Manager Merchandising (Production & Retail)

  • No. of Positions: 1
  • Monthly Stipend: ₹70,000/-

4. Marketing Manager (Handloom)

  • No. of Positions: 1
  • Monthly Stipend: ₹70,000/-

5. Pattern Master

  • No. of Positions: 1
  • Monthly Stipend: ₹30,000/-

6. Stitching Operator

  • No. of Positions: 2
  • Monthly Stipend: ₹15,000/-

Key Information:


Contract Duration: Up to 3 years, renewable annually based on performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Handloom and Textiles sector preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Spreadsheets, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Bodo and/or Assamese is advantageous.
