BTC LP UP Teacher Recruitment 2024- Last Date Extended till 8th February

Directorate of Education BTC, Kokrajhar has published an employment notification for the recruitment of LP and UP Assistant Teacher under BTC (Bodoland Territorial Council) area. Candidates who have passed ATET/CTET/BTC TET are eligible to apply for this vacancy.

The Online Application Form submission will be starting from 19th January to 2nd February 2024.(Extended 8th February)

Scale of pay: PB-2 of Rs.14,000 – Rs.70,000 plus Grade Pay and other allowances as admissible under the rules.

Nationality: Candidates must be a Permanent Resident of Assam.

Preference: Candidates belongs to BTR shall be given 1st preference.

Age Limit: A candidate must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years for unreserved category, 42 years for Ex- Servicemen, 43 years for OBC/MOBC and 45 years for SC/ST(P)/ST(H) and 50 years for Persons with Disability (PWD), as on 1st January, 2023.

ATET,CTET, BTC TET : The candidates who have passed the ATET/CTET/BTC TET for Upper Primary School will be eligible for applying.

Language: The Language-1 of the Assam Teacher Eligibility Test (ATET)/CTET & BTC TET of the candidate shall match the medium of the school, wherein the candidate wishes to apply.

As for example, if a candidate wishes to apply in an Assamese Medium School, the candidate must have Assamese as Language-1 in the Assam TET/CTET/BTC TET. Likewise, for Bodo as Bodo Language School, the candidate must have Bodo as Language-l in Assam TET/CTET/BTC TET conducted by the Elementary Education Department, Assam. The Merit List will be separate for each district and category.
