The Government of Assam in Higher Education department has already completed the online application submission process for UG 1st Semester admission in various college/institute through Smarth eGovt Admission Portal from 14th June 2023 to 3rd July 2023. # If your name is selected in the merit list then now you can take admission in the college.
Important dates of Admission:
The applicants of Under Graduate courses both Arts and Science (B.A. & B.Sc.) that their admission in Kokrajhar Govt. College for the Session 2023-24 is will be held from 11th of July, 2023 to 13th July, 2023.
1st Merit List-
- Date of Admission for UG Science stream : 11th July 2023, 10:00AM to 04:00 PM.
- Date of Admission for UG Arts Stream : 12th & 13th July 2023, 10:00AM to 04:00 PM.
As per the following mention dates, provisionally selected candidates of the concerned subjects are directed to come with the original documents, Caste certificates, Income certificates, EWS certificates etc.

The Provisionally Selected Applicants of BA/B.Sc. 1st Semester should bring the following original documents during the Counselling Session.
- 1. Print copy of updated E-Samarth Application Form
- 2. Duly filled Undertaking by the student & his/her parent/guardian, which can be downloaded by clicking the following link/URL: https://www.kgc.edu.in/Documents/Undertaking_2023-2024.pdf
- 3. Class XII Pass Marksheet (Original & One xerox copy)
- 4. Class XII Admit Card (Original & One xerox copy)
- 5. Class XII Pass Certificate (Original & One xerox copy)
- 6. DHE Unique ID (Original & One xerox copy)
- 7. Income Certificate from competent authority (for BPL & EWS applicants) (Original Copy)
- 8. Caste Certificate (if applicable) (Original & One xerox copy)
- 8. Bank Accounts details (Bank Pass Book) (Original & One xerox copy)
- 9. Admission fees will be received only in digital mode (Therefore, it is advised to bring along Debit/Credit Card or UPI for making payments).
- 10. *No cash payment will be accepted for admission fees.
- 11. All the candidates seeking admission in EWS and BPL category are asked to upload their income certificates in the E-Samarth portal before attending the admission session.
